CHEF'S CORNER

The experience at Linehan Outfitting is about far more than a few days in the woods or on the water. We are committed to making sure that our guests feel welcome and cared for, and that they are surprised and delighted at every turn. Perhaps this commitment is best expressed by Joanne Linehan herself, who prepares the lunches or in some cases all of the meals for guests who come for a stay. It is no exaggeration to say that folks come to Linehan Outfitting for the hunting and fishing, but they come back for Joanne’s cooking. Her skill and care in the kitchen, along with her warmth and ready smile, make Joanne a beloved fixture here. Her food, however, speaks for itself: Joanne is decidedly among the best and most accomplished chefs in the destination sporting industry. For over twenty years she has been nourishing Linehan Outfitting guests with innovative meals and fresh, locally grown organic ingredients.
